Fillers

Is a plaster-based compound used for flushing joints of plaster boards. It can also be used as a putty to touch-up the fibrous plaster board and can produce a smooth fine finish using a steel trowel.

• Jointing compound for coating bases of plasterboard joints and angles. Holes or cracks on plasterboards to produce fine surface.
• Cement plaster skimming surface.

Inspect all nails and drive protruding nails below surface leaving 1/32 inch depression in surface. Make sure surfaces are clean, dry and free from foreign materials.

Mixing

• Fill container with clean water.
• Sprinkle the stopping compound into the water (Approx. 2 or 2.5 parts of compound to 1 part of water depending on the consistency required).
• Allow to soak for 1 to 3 minutes before mixing.
• Mix to a smooth creamy workable consistency.
• Do not over mix otherwise it will accelerate the setting time of the mixture.

Application

• Apply the mixture, filling up the joints using a steel trowel.
• Apply evenly over the joints and remove excess compound.
• Apply to fill up uneven surfaces.

Cleaning of Equipment
Clean all tools and application equipment with clean water immediately after use. Hardened or cured material can only be removed mechanically.

Storage Conditions
Store properly in dry conditions, in undamaged and unopened, original sealed packaging. Keep away from direct sunlight, rain, water and moisture.
