PYE FIL N21 spray plasters are cement-based filling and leveling plasters formulated with special chemical additives to provide good workability, improved adhesion and durability. PYE FIL N21 assists in correcting surface imperfections, with a single application thickness of 7-12mm. Ceramic tiles and natural stones can be fixed on a PYE FIL N21 finished surface.

  • Suitable for concrete, rendered wall, hollow block, aerated light weight block, calcium silicate and brick walls.

Ensure surfaces must be clean, free of dust, oil, paint, grease and all traces of mould. Prewetting is recommended for very dry surfaces, but over wetting resulting in accumulation of water on the surface should be avoided.

Mixing
Add about 6 - 7 liters of water to a 40kg bag of PYE PREMIX PLASTER N21 and mix with a powered drill whisk or a suitable mechanical stirrer for 8 minutes to obtain a good trowel able consistency. Re-mix again for 1 minute if the material is left undisturbed for not more than 25 minutes.

Application
Apply by using a spray plaster machine or directly with a steel trowel or spatula. Level out to a thickness of 7 - 12mm to obtain the correct level or alignment. When applying several layers, the base layer must be dry before spreading the subsequent layer. PYE PREMIX PLASTER N21 can be finished with a trowel or a sponge. For an extra smooth finished surface, apply one coat of PYE FIL WF 221 or PYE FIL GF 621 finish skim plaster to a thickness of 1 - 2mm.

Cleaning of Equipment
Clean all tools and application equipment with clean water immediately after use. Hardened or cured material can only be removed mechanically.
