A acrylic based additive and specially formulated to improve the bonding and adhesion strength of thin and medium bed adhesive mortars applications.

• Enhancing bonding strength of cement based tile adhesive.

Ensure surface must be cleaned and free from dust, dirt, grease, oil and other substances which could reduce adhesion.

Mixing
Mix sand and cement and add PYE ACRYL-BOND 128 solution as required, 4 litre PYE ACRYL-BOND 128 to 50kg bag of OPC. PYE ACRYL-BOND 128 is diluted with water for specific application. Use spade to mix or with a low speed drill.

Application
Mix up a mortar for application by trowel and fix tiles according to good application practice (thin layer method), onto a smooth concrete, render or screed finish.

Cleaning of Equipment
Clean all tools and application equipment with clean water immediately after use.
