Building Chemicals

A specially formulated white liquid cement modifier made from high performance acrylic polymers. It is designed for use as a high strength admixture and bonding agent for Portland cement. It provides improved resistance to impact, abrasion, moisture and attack by acids and other water-soluble chemicals. The acrylic bond coat retains its adhesive strength even under damp exterior conditions.

• Excellent for bonding new concrete to existing floors, walls.
• For bonding sound surfaces such as metal or brick.

Ensure a good, clean surface is very important. Remove all loose material and disintegrated concrete. All traces of oil, dust etc must be removed. The surface should be damp but do not leave standing water.

Mixing
Use 250ml PYE ACRYL CM per 50kg cement and sand. Add PYE ACRYL CM to the gauging water and mix well. The liquid admixture must be stirred before adding to the concrete mix in a clean container. To bond fresh concrete, apply a thin coat of full strength PYE ACRYL CM by using brush or roller.

Note: Stir well before use.

Cleaning of Equipment
Clean all tools and application equipment with clean water immediately after use.

Storage Conditions
Store properly in dry conditions, in undamaged and unopened, original sealed packaging. Keep away from direct sunlight, rain, water and moisture.
