Fast setting, easy to use non-shrink and chloride free hydraulic cementitious product. It is used to patch running water instantly under hydrostatic water pressure. It is able to stop running water instantly.
  • Stopping leakage through holes and cracks in concrete pipes, tanks and tunnel.
  • Anchoring bolts and conduits.
  • Waterproofing of concrete, brick tunnel, sewage system and pipes.

Ensure surfaces must be clean and free of grease, oil dust, paint or any loose materials in order to achieve a good bonding. Before applying PYE AQUA-PLUG, cut open all cracks to be treated to a depth of approximately 25mm. Undercut if possible.

Mixing
A clean pail should be used and 2 volumes of PYE CEM added to 1 volume of water. Stir to a smooth paste. Add sufficient water to produce a full bodied paint. Stir mixture constantly and use within an hour.

Application
Wet the area to be treated with clean water before applying PYE AQUA-PLUG. Use a trowel or hand knead to patch this hydraulic cement to the surface to be treated. Place PYE AQUA-PLUG with minimum rubbing. Make sure the mixed PYE AQUA-PLUG is pushed firmly into the hole and cracks and held in place until it reaches initial set.

Cleaning of Equipment
Clean all tools and application equipment with clean water immediately after use. Hardened or cured material can only be removed mechanically.

Health Keep away from children. Contact with skin, wash out with a lot of water. Contact with eyes wash out with a lot of water and seek medical attention. Use gloves eye protection when handling.

Shelf Life
6 month when unopened.

Storage Conditions
Store properly in dry conditions, in undamaged and unopened, original sealed packaging. Keep away from direct sunlight, rain, water and moisture.
