Protective Waterproof Coating

A one-part flexible waterproof sealer based on modified acrylic polymers. It provides an excellent waterproof film on interior and exterior surfaces, preventing water penetration to the underlying substrate, which is normally subject to rain penetration and rising dampness. It effectively obliterates watermarks.

• Can be applied to interior and exterior wall surfaces.
• Excellent for use on fresh concrete after it has hardened.
• Good on newly plastered or concrete surface as an undercoat prior to painting.

Ensure surfaces should be clean, free from dirt and grease.

Mixing
Add about 5 - 10% thinner. Stir well before application. Do not mix with water or other materials. Close lid after use to prevent drying.

Application
PYE WATER-SEAL is easy to apply and can be decorated with emulsion and gloss paints within 2 hours. Apply 2 coats allowing a minimum of 1 hour drying time between coats. Do not sand down topcoat until coating has cured for at least 2 hours.

PYE WATER-SEAL can be applied like conventional paint with brush, roller or spray gun. Always apply generously to ensure good coverage and proper film formation.

Cleaning of Equipment
Clean all tools and application equipment with clean water immediately after use. Hardened or cured material can only be removed mechanically.

Storage Conditions
Store properly in dry conditions, in undamaged and unopened, original sealed packaging. Keep away from direct sunlight, rain, water and moisture.
