Resin Based Surface Treatment

Specially formulated silicone based on silane / siloxane for impregnating to cement and other porous surfaces. It provides a good penetration capacity and good alkaline resistance.

• Can be applied to brick and natural stonework.
• Suitable on driveways, patios, walkways and garage floors.
• Can be used to water resistance the back of marble or granite.

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dirt, grease, efflorescence (a whitish substance) that can prevent absorption of the sealer. Check all caulking and sealing is fully cured before applying PYE WATERPRUF SEALER. The surface to be applied should be dry or damp and not wet. For new concrete surface, a minimum of 28 days is required for curing.

Application
PYE WATERPRUF SEALER is ready to use and dilution is not required. Use a brush, roller or low-pressure air spray to apply. Application of this material will be on flooding action. Apply several coats in wet on wet basis, until the substrate is saturated. At least 2 or 3 coats are sufficient for all substrates. Do not leave long break between coats.

Apply the next when the substrates have absorbed the previous one and are no longer shiny. Any material that is not absorbed in a few minutes should be wiped up.

Note: PYE WATERPRUF SEALER can be applied to dry and damp surfaces but not wet. Allow the surface to air dry after rain. Do not apply PYE WATERPRUF SEALER if rain anticipated within 3 hours.

Cleaning of Equipment
Clean all tools and application equipment with white spirit immediately after use.

Storage Conditions
Store properly in dry conditions, in undamaged and unopened, original sealed packaging. Keep away from direct sunlight, rain, water and moisture.
