Fillers

Premixed asbestos-free finishing compound for taping, topping and texture gypsum wall board.

• Can be used for filling cracks or holes.
• May be used as skim coating.

Ensure that the surface must be dry, clean, free of dust, oil, paint, grease and other foreign materials. All protruding nails or joint tapes must be depressed 1mm below the finished surface.

Application as Joint Finishing:
Application by trowel, scraper and blade knife by layers and subject to surface conditions and strictly on dry surfaces. Apply first thin layer between the joint of gypsum board and embed with joint tape. Allow it to dry before apply second coat. Final coat shall apply with wider blade (10”) as to cover the joints & fasteners surfaces.

Application to Inside Corners / Outside Corners Finishing:
Apply compound to both sides, fold tape along the centerline and press into position. Remove the excess compound, then apply a thin finish layer over the tape for a smooth finish.

Cleaning of Equipment
Clean all tools and application equipment with clean water immediately after use. Hardened or cured material can only be removed mechanically.

Sandability	Sand lightly with fine sandpaper.
Odour	Odourless on drying.

Storage Conditions
Store properly in dry conditions, in undamaged and unopened, original sealed packaging. Keep away from direct sunlight, rain, water and moisture.
