White plaster filler reinforced with cellulose for patching holes and cracks in most interior surfaces.

  • Does not shrink.
  • Excellent adhesion.
  • Suitable for plaster, masonry, wood, brick and plasterboard.

Ensure surfaces of holes, cracks and joints are clean, dry and free from dirt, grease and loose material. Brush out all loose materials with a stiff brush. Do not wet or prime the surface prior to filling. Paint nail heads to prevent rust staining.

Mixing
Add 2 parts PYE POWDER FILLA to 1 part clean water and mix thoroughly to a paste. The mixture should be used up within one hour after mixing.

Application
Press the mixed PYE POWDER FILLA firmly into the hole/ crack with a filling knife or scraper and smoothen off. For sanding, slightly overfill and allow to dry before sanding down with medium grade sand paper. Wipe over dusty surface with a damp sponge. The surface will be ready for redecoration within two to three hours before using.

Note: All tools used must be cleaned before using.

Cleaning of Equipment
Clean all tools and application equipment with clean water immediately after use. Hardened or cured material can only be removed mechanically.

Technical Information

Adhesion Adheres firmly to all clean, dry and grease - free plaster and wood surfaces. Will not crack or fall out when dry.
Colour White
Drying time A thin film dries in approx. 15 - 30mins. When used for levelling irregular surfaces, drying time may increase to 1 hour.
Sandability PYE POWDER FILLA has been formulated for easy sanding.
Odour Odourless on drying.
Coverage 35 - 40sq.ft. per kg
Safety Non-flammable and non-toxic.

 

Storage Conditions
Store properly in dry conditions, in undamaged and unopened, original sealed packaging. Keep away from direct sunlight, rain, water and moisture.
